I’ve literally loved ice cream for as long as I can remember. Growing up, it was a part of my everyday life from after-school snacks, celebrations, hot summer days, time with my family…it always made me feel good inside. I was always taught to be mindful of what I put in my body but as a young adult I understood the significance even more.

 

During college, I became overly frustrated with the ice cream options on the market. I couldn’t find anything nostalgic made with clean organic ingredients that still tasted delicious.

 

One night in particular when I was visiting home during college break, my father and I went to the store and while standing in the ice cream aisle not being able to take anything with me back home. I looked at my dad and said “ Dad, do you think I can make my own organic ice cream and bring it to the market for people?” 

I also thought, how amazing would it be to create ice cream that doesn’t upset your stomach, uses the highest-quality ingredients, and is actually real, handcrafted ice cream?

 

 

My father replied “yes”. 

 

It truly was a vision from God. With no culinary background experience, God literally gave me the vision and recipes for this company. So during the Pandemic I went into the kitchen, made my first batch of ice cream, posted a video on social media and from there, everything changed.

What started as a simple idea has become something I now get to live every day. From seeing our very first customer buy ice cream at a farmers market to having our product sold in event arenas across Atlanta like Georgia Tech and the Georgia World Congress Center.

I hope my story inspires someone to follow their dreams. And remember: real ice cream, made from scratch with love, is one of the best things you can experience. Dreams do come true!
